The purpose of this RFQ is to retain the services of a professional firm to perform an Administrative Compensation Study for the Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech), which shall include creating a formal job structure with appropriate job titles and competitive rates. Within that quote, Quoters may include an add-on quote for the additional services of an Oregon Pay Equity review of Administrative staff (broken down individually).
More specifically, the Administrative Compensation Plan shall include the following for a current Administrative staff of approximately 140 who are classified under 90 CUPA classifications.
