Description

This project includes all labor, equipment and materials to construct approximately 350 square
feet of new concrete sidewalk, approximately 1,100 square feet of ground level wood decking,
and approximately 75 lineal feet of wood guardrail. The work scope includes but is not
limited to:
1.) minor excavation and grading
2.) cast-in-place concrete "sonotube" footings
3.) pressure treated wood deck framing
4.) installation of redwood decking and guardrail (material furnished by SOU)
5.) compacted crushed rock sidewalk base aggregate
6.) concrete sidewalks
7.) miscellaneous related work
All landscaping work will be performed by SOU.
