Southern Oregon University is seeking a campus wide Customer Relations Management System (CRM) that includes at least the following features (see Attachment D for all Specifications):
-Personalized and automated marketing communications
-Mobile access and automatic synchronization
-Email interface
-Standard documents (e.g. contracts, proposals) with automatic personalization
-Automatic task scheduling and reminders
-Lead and pipeline tracking
