Oregon Tech Portland-Metro Campus is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide construction services including, but not limited to, construction/renovation of spaces and related demolition and installation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc., and shall provide those services in accordance with the highest of professionalism, skill, workmanship and applicable trade practices and shall conform to all applicable codes and regulations. The construction/renovations are split into three parts. These are the A) first-floor Commons renovation, B) second floor splitting of two offices to three, and C) the fourth-floor creation of four offices.
