2019 Parking Lot Repairs

Western Oregon University is seeking bids from experienced asphalt repair contractors to bid on the 2019 Parking Lot Repair project. This project involves the seal coat, crack sealing, asphalt repair and speed bump create and install on the campus located in Monmouth, Oregon.

Interested contractors please download the Invitation to Bid and notify Donna Litchfield of your download/ intent to bid by emailing litchfid@wou.edu.

There is a mandatory pre-bid walk-thru on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM starting in Lot O. Parking is available and a parking pass will be emailed to those who submit their download/ intent to bid email.

The completion date for all work is September 13, 2019. Start date can be as early as June 26, 2019 depending on contract signing. Work schedule will be scheduled around events and other projects taking place on campus.
