Pacific Room A/V Upgrades RFP

Description

It is the objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure professional, reasonably priced audio/visual and lighting equipment to facilitate the upgrade of said equipment in the Pacific Room of the Western Oregon University ("WOU" or "University") Werner University Center. The project will require the successful contractor to provide and install specified equipment in the Pacific Room.

The contractor will be responsible for providing, delivering and installing to manufacturer's specifications all audio, visual and lighting equipment specified. In addition, the contractor will provide a minimum of 2 hours of training on the use and maintenance of all equipment. WOU will provide all utilities and access to the buildings for installation of the new equipment. wOU reserves the right to reduce the scope (value engineer) of this RFP based on the amount of the financial proposals that come back.
